Department of Social Welfare

Welcome to the Department of Social Welfare. We are a study for understanding and solving problems in social welfare. Graduates from our department are now activating all areas of social welfare works, and with expertise they are improving their status. We provide theories and practices such as volunteering works at the social welfare facilities. The undergraduates are acquiring theoretical knowledge and skills with diverse client groups in community social welfare, educational agencies and organizations. The Department also implements a collaborative program in social work. And it offers programs and opportunities for participation of undergraduate students. Program Description
The Department of Social Welfare tries to develop a variety of programs. The programs developed by the department are designed to equip students with the essential knowledge, equality, independence, and professional skills for responsible and effective leadership in the fields of social works. In addition, the learning experiences provided through field education are essential to the objectives of the social work curriculum and help students acquire the specialized knowledge and skills in various social work professions. The Department of Social Welfare, as applied study, can be summarized: clinical social project, planning & evaluation social welfare programs, and others.
